RTG Construction is a family owned company that is operated with skill, experience, vision and pride. We are involved in our community and are extremely proud of the contributions we have made through our business. We each work closely with Jeff, our President and General Manager, on every building project.
Mindy Wooster is Manager of Sales and Client Relations and coordinates every detail from the initial contract and design to making sure each home is completed exactly as our clients envision. Mindy has twenty years of experience in sales and client services and enjoys assisting our clients through the many finishing decisions that make the process exciting, personal and fun.
Jean Hunt manages the business office and financial operations of RTG. Jean worked in real estate management, budgeting, construction and sales for over thirty years before joining Jeff and Mindy in founding RTG Construction in 2004. She works with our partners, suppliers and clients to make sure each project operates efficiently, safely and economically.
Svetlana Simon, an integral independent contractor for RTG, applies her fifteen years of architectural and project management experience to the critical processes of moving projects through planning, zoning, permitting and building departments and working with suppliers and sub-contractors through bidding, product approval and contracting.
